Ingredients:
1 lbs large shrimp, peeled and deveined
½ cup cherry tomatoes
Pinch of salt
2-3 Tbsp pesto
Directions: in a large skillet, use avocado oil spray to coat the skillet. Add the shrimp and tomatoes with a punch of salt. Cook stirring often until the shrimp is almost cooked (4-5 min), Reduce heat tp medium low and stir in the pesto. Cook for another minute.
