Ingredients:
šæSalmon fillets
šæ2 tbsp lemon juice
šæ2 tbsp olive oil
šæ1/2 cup minced scallions
šæ1/2 cup minced dill
šæ1/2 cup minced parsley
šæ1/4 cup white wine
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425ā¢F. Season salmon with salt and pepper. In a separate container whisk the olive oil and lemon juice and drizzle mixture over the salmon. In a small bowl stir the scallions, parsley, and dill and scatter over the salmon. Pour wine around the fish
Storage:Ā Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days. Freeze for up to 3 months.
