Roasted Salmon with Herbs

Ingredients:

šŸŒæSalmon fillets

šŸŒæ2 tbsp lemon juice

šŸŒæ2 tbsp olive oil

šŸŒæ1/2 cup minced scallions

šŸŒæ1/2 cup minced dill

šŸŒæ1/2 cup minced parsley

šŸŒæ1/4 cup white wine


Directions:

Preheat oven to 425ā€¢F. Season salmon with salt and pepper. In a separate container whisk the olive oil and lemon juice and drizzle mixture over the salmon. In a small bowl stir the scallions, parsley, and dill and scatter over the salmon. Pour wine around the fish


Storage:Ā Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days. Freeze for up to 3 months.
