Turkey Burgers

Ingredients:

šŸ”1/2 red onion

šŸ”1/2 red bell pepper

šŸ”1 tomato

šŸ”1 celery stock

šŸ”1 egg

šŸ”1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce

šŸ”2 1/2 tbsp dijon mustard

šŸ”1/2 tsp ground mustard

šŸ”1/2 tsp cumin

šŸ”Pinch of red chili pepper flakes

šŸ”Pinch of salt and pepper

šŸ”1 tray of ground turkey


Directions:

Dice the vegetables as fine as possible and place in a bowl. Add the ground turkey, spices, soy sauce, mustard and the egg. With your hands, mix well until it is all incorporated. Make patties and cook in a frying pan for 5 minutes on each side. Then place the pan in a 350ā€¢F pre-heated oven for an additional 7 minutes.
