Ingredients:
š1/2 red onion
š1/2 red bell pepper
š1 tomato
š1 celery stock
š1 egg
š1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
š2 1/2 tbsp dijon mustard
š1/2 tsp ground mustard
š1/2 tsp cumin
šPinch of red chili pepper flakes
šPinch of salt and pepper
š1 tray of ground turkey
Directions:
Dice the vegetables as fine as possible and place in a bowl. Add the ground turkey, spices, soy sauce, mustard and the egg. With your hands, mix well until it is all incorporated. Make patties and cook in a frying pan for 5 minutes on each side. Then place the pan in a 350ā¢F pre-heated oven for an additional 7 minutes.
